Monthly Forest Bathing Walks – 3rd Saturdays Starting in June
Join us each month on the third Saturday, beginning in June, for a restorative Forest Bathing Walk guided by Forest Therapy Hub (FTHub) certified Forest Bathing Guides and Forest Therapy Practitioners.
These slow-paced, immersive walks invite you to engage your senses, quiet your mind, and deepen your connection with nature. Rooted in scientific research and global traditions, forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) has been shown to reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance overall well-being.
Walks rotate through Bay Area natural spaces and are open to all—no prior experience needed. Whether you're looking for healing, reflection, or simply a pause from daily life, come experience the grounding power of the forest and leave feeling refreshed and reconnected.
