Developed by Kusum Crimmel of Dissecting Whiteness, this curriculum recognizes that white supremacy and hyper-individualism have fractured our relationships and limited our capacity for connection and collective healing.
Designed for white-bodied participants, the experience fosters trust, vulnerability, and accountability through relationship-building, embodied practice, and dialogue. Participants explore how racism lives in the body, unlearn harmful behaviors, and begin to co-create systems that are safe and liberatory for youth and people of all backgrounds.
The curriculum is adaptable to the unique needs and culture of any organization, making it a powerful tool for equity-centered transformation.
The Liquid Model developed by the Forest Therapy Hub (FTHub) understands health and well-being as dynamic and dependent on the physical and social environments. The FTHub Method addresses physical, psychological, social, spiritual and environmental health. Forest Bathing includes a series of nature connection activities created for participants based on the setting and goal of the group. Forest bathing ranges from a stand alone well-being practice, part of a larger organizational team building workshop or a longer nature-based wellbeing plan workshop/retreat.
Hope Reimagined offers a range of Restorative Justice trainings—from introductory workshops to in-depth, multi-day experiences that support meaningful culture change in schools, organizations, and communities. Our approach centers relationship, accountability, and healing, drawing from trauma-informed, neurodevelopmental, and equity-rooted frameworks.
Participants gain practical tools to lead restorative circles, respond to harm, and build stronger, more connected communities. For those seeking continued growth, we also facilitate an ongoing Community of Practice where practitioners deepen their skills, reflect on challenges, and sustain their commitment to restorative values.
Hope Reimagined provides MTSS training that integrates trauma-informed practices, equity, and relational neuroscience to help schools create supportive systems that meet the diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of all students.
Our trainings range from foundational overviews for educators and leadership teams to deeper implementation support, including data-informed decision-making, tiered intervention design, and strategies to foster inclusive school climates. We also offer ongoing consultation and coaching to ensure MTSS is not just a framework, but a living practice grounded in care, responsiveness, and equity.
