Clinical Supervision
Hope Reimagined uses Reflective Supervision, grounded neurodevelopment and Healing Centered Engagement, to help supervisees generate new ideas, perspective change, and advance their clinical skills. Supervisors will act as guides, bringing awareness of the stress response systems and somatic responses to support the clinical practice of supervisees.

Walking Therapy
Walk & talk therapy gets clients moving--both literally and figuratively. The Neurosequential Model emphasizes the healing power of patterned, repetitive, and rhythmic experiences. Walking in one of the many beautiful Bay Area parks allows us to use the natural world to foster insight, help you move through emotional distress and embody changes that bring more joy into your life.
Forest Bathing & Forest Therapy
Experience the Forest Therapy Hub Method, in a guided series of mindful nature connection activities. Our team will plan a sequence of nature based activities tailored to a group or individuals various needs, comfort level and goals. The FTHub model is based on theoretical principles of human-nature interaction, scientific evidence and the conceptual framework of Planetary Health.
Nature Based Wellbeing Plans
Our team will work with individuals and/or groups to create a nature based wellbeing plan tailored to various needs and goals grounded in the Forest Therapy Hub's Liquid Model. Ongoing coaching and support is available.
