The first Hope reimagined annual retreat—created as a sanctuary for these times. In a season marked by collective strain, ongoing uncertainty, and sustained nervous system overwhelm, this gathering offers space to step out of the noise and into the steadiness of the redwood forest. Nature, Art & Community
The retreat invites participants to slow down, reconnect with what grounds them, and restore the internal resources needed to remain present, humane, and connected in the world.
This immersive experience weaves together nervous system science, somatic practice, nature connection, and collective support. Rather than learning through lecture alone, participants engage through embodied practice—moving through the phases of Regulate, Relate, Reflect, and Reimagine in relationship with self, others, and the natural world. This retreat is both restorative and practical, offering tools that can be carried back into clinical work, education, leadership, and daily life—supporting sustained resilience for the long and meaningful work ahead.
