- Describe the four phases of the Rootsoma™ spiral and explain the neurodevelopmental rationale for their sequence
- Identify somatosensory and rhythmic interventions that support regulation in clients with hyperarousal or shutdown
- Explain two ways natural environments function as co-regulators, grounded in current research
- Demonstrate co-regulation and attunement practices, including a repair practice, for use in session
- Apply titrated somatic-tracking techniques that support reflection without re-traumatization
- Design values-based, embodied future-orientation interventions for a client
- Build a phase-sequenced intervention plan for a clinical case vignette
- Identify ethical, legal and cultural considerations for somatic and nature-based work, including informed consent, confidentiality in outdoor settings and scope of practice
